Terms and conditions for bus rentals

1. All bus rental services must be booked in advance.
2. All bus rentals must be paid for in full upon booking.
3. All passengers must wear seat belts when on the bus.
4. All passengers must adhere to the maximum capacity of the bus.
5. No smoking is allowed on the bus.
6. No alcohol is allowed on the bus.
7. No pets are allowed on the bus.
8. All bags and luggage must be stored securely in the luggage compartment of the bus.
9. Any damage to the bus caused by passengers will be the responsibility of the customer.
10. The bus driver has the right to refuse any passenger who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
11. Passengers are not allowed to consume food or drink while on the bus.
12. All passengers must comply with the rules and regulations of the Dubai Government.
13. All passengers must follow the driver’s instructions at all times.
14. Passengers are not allowed to tamper with any of the bus’s equipment.
15. The bus must be returned to the agreed location on time and in the same condition as it was when it was rented.
16. Any additional charges incurred due to delay in returning the bus must be paid for by the customer.
17. In case of an accident, the customer must immediately report it to the bus rental company.
18. The customer is responsible for any fines and penalties incurred due to traffic violations.
19. All passengers must be at least 18 years old to ride the bus.
20. All passengers must follow the laws and regulations of the UAE.

Bus rental Dubai cancellation policy

1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental fee.
3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the scheduled pick-up time.
4. In the event of late arrivals or no-shows, no refund will be issued.
5. If cancellation is made due to bad weather, the customer may request a full refund or reschedule the booking, subject to availability and the discretion of the bus rental company.
6. If a customer changes their pick-up or drop-off locations after a booking is confirmed, the bus rental company reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
7. If a customer cancels their booking due to a medical emergency, a full refund can be issued at the discretion of the bus rental company in UAE
8. If the bus rental company cancels the booking due to the unavailability of buses, a full refund will be issued.
9. If the bus rental company cancels the booking due to mechanical issues, a full refund will be issued.
10. If the customer pays for the rental with a credit card, any refunds will be issued to the same credit card.
11. If the customer pays for the rental with cash, any refunds will be issued in cash.
12. The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred due to the cancellation of their booking.
13. If the customer cancels a booking within one hour of the scheduled pick-up time, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental fee.
14. If the customer cancels a booking within two hours of the scheduled pick-up time, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the total rental fee.
15. If the customer cancels a booking within four hours of the scheduled pick-up time, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental fee.

Booking Terms and conditions

1. All bus rental services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct number of passengers and luggage is provided at the time of booking.
3. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
4. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations are followed at all times during the rental.
5. The bus rental company reserves the right to refuse any booking request if there is a risk of damage or harm to the vehicle.
6. The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle which occurs due to their negligence.
7. All passengers must provide valid identification at the time of booking.
8. No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the vehicle at any time.
9. Pets are not allowed on the bus without prior approval from the bus rental company.
10. Smoking is not permitted on the bus at any time.
11. The bus rental company will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items on the bus.
12. All passengers must wear seat belts at all times while on the bus.
13. All passengers must remain seated while the bus is in motion.
14. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all passengers disembark the bus at the designated drop-off point.
15. The bus rental company reserves the right to terminate the rental at any time if any passengers are behaving in a manner that is deemed to be unsafe or disruptive.

Terms and conditions of payment for a bus rental in Dubai

1. Payment for the bus rental services shall be made in full prior to the commencement of the service.
2. All payments shall be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
3. All payments must be received within seven (7) days of the booking date.
4. Any late payment will incur an additional fee.
5. Any cancellation of services within seven (7) days of the booking date will be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. The bus rental company reserves the right to refuse or cancel the rental services at any time.
7. The customer shall be liable for any damage caused to the bus or vehicle during the rental period.
8. The customer shall be liable for any fines or fees incurred during the rental period.
9. The customer is required to return the bus in the same condition as it was provided.
10. The customer shall be liable for any additional charges if the bus is returned late.
